Hello, My name is Fatima Talib. I am the sole owner of the fitness over fatness blog. By profession, I am a nutritionist. I got my graduation degree in Human nutrition and dietetics from a known university in Pakistan. I started to do externships from the beginning of my degree under the supervision of an experienced nutritionist. likewise, I decided to do a masters in the same subject just to gain further experience to open my clinic as a nutritionist.

Why do I choose to become a nutritionist?

Currently, I am working as a nutritionist in a clinical setting. I knew nothing about this field of medicine when I was in school from 2011 to 2014. Now I’m going to tell you something interesting. I hate medicine, I’m sure many of you do too. If I am ever sick, I can stay sick but cannot take medicine.

So deep down I always thought is there any replacement to these capsules? After a long time of exploration eventually I set up that there’s a rising profession in Pakistan” nutritionist” that saves you from these medicaments. I got interested in how amazing the fact is that we just don’t want to drive ourselves to do so if we keep track of our diet by simply following the diet plan handed by our nutritionist.

And if you have some kind of weakness, or deficits you do not have to take injections for that simply you have to follow the supplements course handed by your nutritionist. So, that is the whole idea of choosing the field just to get relief of medicaments from my life. I aim to maintain health with nutrition and eventually gain fitness goals so that health and fitness go hand in hand.
